To use the service simply call into our premises at:
3 - 5 Bridge Road, Stockton-on-Tees (underneath the Swallow Hotel).
You will need to bring with you two items of identification on your first visit, showing your name and address, such as a utility bill, pension book, rent book etc.
You will be asked to complete a simple registration form and be assessed as to the equipment that best suits your needs.
Training will be given in the use of electric wheelchairs or scooters and once you, and we, are confident that you can handle the equipment off you go. It's as simple as that!
